We are a collection of people who are passionate about what we do.  We formed Open Minds® so we could work together to make a real difference to society, to the quality of people's lives and to business effectiveness.

We all have extensive experience in our fields of specialism which include: culture change, organisational development, community development, engagement, public policy, sustainability, health, regeneration and sustainability.  We promote collaboration between public, third and private sectors and across departmental boundaries.  We understand how to deliver change, how to deliver the devolution of responsibility down to citizens, patients, employees or communities.  We understand and help you to understand how to work with complexity and in complex situations.
