The focus of Sally Kleyn’s work is the facilitation of development and change at individual, team and organisational levels.  She has facilitated work groups from shop floor to Board level helping them to manage positive change and develop into top performing teams. 

Sally works as a performance coach, team coach, and change consultant for a wide range of clients in diverse sectors including, financial, IT, media, oil, retail and the public sector in the U.S. and throughout Europe.

•         Leading positive change programmes for Alliance Bernstein, Bank of Scotland (Ireland), Barloworld

•         HR repositioning with UK HR directors and their senior teams at AGFA, Universal Music, and Wolverhampton City Council.
