Gavin has 10 years experience as a management consultant specialising in change management and transformational leadership, shaping strategy and tackling complex business issues. He has worked predominantly at a senior level in large organisations across several key industry sectors. Coming from a background of operations management, Gavin has a good commercial grounding and an excellent understanding of the pressures faced by leaders in demanding and complex business environments. Prior to joining Open Minds, Gavin was Operations Director with Time Management International (TMI UK Ltd). Recent and current client work includes: BT, Marks and Spencer, NHS, Environment Agency, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Hewlett Packard, Lastminute.com and Ford Retail.
