Mike Jones MSc

Mike has a blend of both operational management and change consultancy experience. Following on from management roles with Barclays, United Biscuits and Virgin, Mike has spent 15 years specialising in organisational change, facilitation and leadership development. He works across a range of diverse organisations and is adept at facilitating ‘breakthroughs’ in delivering performance. He has been involved in major change programmes with many blue-chip clients, working at senior levels and with those responsible for designing and implementing change strategy.
Outside of the work arena, Mike is actively involved at a community level (town councillor, school governor and Transition Stroud). He is a founding member of the Complexity Society as well as being a member of the Sustainable Development Commission’s UK Panel. He lives in Stroud with his wife and daughter.
